If you pick up your order, it is always free. This way you save on shipping costs! Check here the pickup locations you can select at checkout.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at one of our locations. You can find which ones here. Pickup at these locations can be done immediately, of course during opening hours. If you pick up your order from us, it is always free. This way you get your items immediately and without paying any shipping costs.
What do I need to bring if I come pick up my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation from us. Please bring this, either printed or on your phone, to the location. This allows us to prepare your order quickly.

Get your order delivered
What are the delivery costs of my order?
Shipping costs will vary per order, depending on the items selected. Once you enter your details in your order, the correct shipping costs will be displayed. There are no costs associated with picking up your order.
How quick is my order delivered?
If you place your order on a working day before 14:00, it will be handed over to DHL or DPD that same evening, and you will receive your order within a few working days. Of course, there are some exceptions. For example, holidays are excluded, and orders placed over the weekend (Friday after 15:00) will only be shipped on Monday.
How can I follow my package?

Then you can view the tracking information through that email.
An order consisting of multiple items may be split into several packages. Moving boxes, wheel trees, and shelving units are shipped separately from other items.
It may happen that we have handed over your order, but DHL or DPD has not yet processed it in their sorting centers. In that case, you will see the message ‘Package has not yet been received or processed by DHL / DPD.’

I still didn't receive my order. What now?
Easily check the status of your order using the track & trace code you received in the confirmation email.
If you are not at home, the delivery person will initially use the so-called neighbor service. You will then receive a notification indicating at which house number the package has been delivered.
If delivery to a neighbor is not possible or fails, your order will be offered again later (usually the next working day), or you can pick up the package at the nearest DHL or DPD point.

Pallet deliveries
Moving boxes that you purchase by the pallet are delivered via DPD due to their size. Delivery takes an extra working day. Normally, pallets ordered before 14:00 are collected from us the next working day and delivered to you the working day after that (so 3 working days in total).
Pallets can only be delivered if you have a driveway where a truck or large van can park, or a wide street in front of your property for loading and unloading. Want to schedule a delivery date? Then contact customer service before placing your order: [email protected].
We expect you to be present at the delivery address when receiving a pallet shipment.
The shipping costs for your order are calculated based on weight, and this also applies to pallet shipments. You can see the exact shipping costs in the shopping cart.

We ship our packages and shipments via DHL or DPD.
What happens if I am not home?
If you are not at home, the delivery driver will first attempt the “neighbour service.” You will then receive a notification indicating at which house number your package has been delivered.
If delivery to a neighbour is not possible, your order will be reattempted (usually the next business day), or you can pick up the package at the nearest DHL/DPD location.
