Payments

Can I pay online safely?

Absolutely! Payments are processed securely via Mollie, and you can choose from the following payment options:

  • iDeal

  • PayPal

  • Card payment (only when picking up in-store)

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

If you choose to pick up your order at an ALLSAFE location, you can also pay easily with a card on-site.

The invoice for your order will be included in the order confirmation email you receive. This is sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Returns

How do returns work?

If, despite our efforts to provide top quality, you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days to the address below or bring it back to one of our ALLSAFE locations.

Important: Please let us know that you are returning your package so we can process your refund. You can do this by emailing [email protected].

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can also return your items to one of our locations free of charge.

After we receive your return, we will refund the amount due. Payments made via iDeal or PayPal are processed slightly faster than those paid by card at our locations.

What are the costs of a return?

If you want to return a webshop order, the cost of returning it is at your own expense. The amount depends on the items you are returning and the carrier you choose. You can also always bring your items back to one of our locations free of charge.

The return shipment is at your risk as the sender. ALLSAFE is in no way responsible for any transport damage that occurs during shipping. Complaints regarding this can be addressed to the carrier.

When will I receive my refund?

After we have received your return, we will transfer the refund amount to you. Refunds for payments made via iDeal and PayPal are processed somewhat faster than for orders paid by card at our locations.
