How do I know if my order went through?
You will always receive an order confirmation by email. If you haven’t received a confirmation (not even in your spam folder), please contact our customer service. Make sure to provide your name, address, and phone number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is the status of my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. This email contains a track & trace code, which you can use to follow your order. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, we are still busy preparing your order.
If you are unsure whether your order was received correctly, you may always contact our customer service. Have your order number ready so we can assist you quickly.
Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Check the status of your order easily using the track & trace code you received in your confirmation email.
Important to know: An order with multiple items may consist of more than one package.
Items like moving boxes, wheel racks, and shelving units are shipped separately from other products. It can also happen that we have handed over your order to DHL or DPD, but it hasn’t yet been processed at their sorting centers. In that case, you may see the message: “Package has not yet been received or processed by DHL / DPD.”

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the items in your order. The costs are calculated in your shopping cart and displayed when choosing your delivery option. Pickup at one of our +50 locations is always free.
Can I cancel my order?
An order cannot be cancelled once placed. Orders are automatically sent to our warehouse, where they are often packed immediately for shipping.
You can refuse delivery at the door if it arrives. The order will then be returned to the sender. In this case, also contact us so we can ensure your payment is refunded.
I made a mistake with my order. Can I make a change?
Orders are automatically sent to our warehouse and usually packed immediately. You can contact customer service at [email protected] to request changes. Please provide your order number for fast handling. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make the change in time.

How do I place an order at ALLSAFE?
In the webshop, you can easily add products to your shopping cart. Moving boxes are sold in packs of 10. In the shopping cart, click “Proceed to checkout”, then choose whether you want free pickup or delivery. Next, fill in your details and select your payment method.
Don’t forget to accept the terms and conditions before clicking “Place order and pay.” After payment, you will return to the website and your order will be completed.
If you have chosen “Pay at the location”, you can pay when you pick up your order.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 are often delivered the next working day, although there are some exceptions.
Orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 are shipped the same day via DHL or DPD (excluding holidays) and are therefore often delivered the next day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday.
Deliveries are carried out by DHL or DPD, and their terms and conditions apply.
What are the shipping costs of my order?
