Orders

How do I place an order with ALLSAFE?

In the webshop, you can easily add products to your shopping basket. Moving boxes are sold in packs of 10. In your basket, click on “Proceed to checkout”, where you can choose between free pickup or home delivery.

Next, fill in your details and select your preferred payment method. Don’t forget to accept the terms and conditions before clicking “Place order and pay.” After completing your payment, you will return to the website and your order will be finalized.

If you choose “Pay by card at the location,” you can pay when you collect your order.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will always receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received a confirmation (please also check your spam folder), contact our customer service team. Make sure to include your name, address, and phone number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. This email includes a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your order. Haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet? Then we are still preparing and packing your order.

Are you unsure whether we have received your order correctly? You can always contact our customer service team. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

No problem at all. When placing your order, you can enter a different billing address and delivery address.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

You can easily check the status of your order using the track & trace code included in your confirmation email.

Good to know:
An order containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Moving boxes, wheel racks, and shelving units are shipped separately from other products. It may also happen that we have already handed over your package, but DHL or DPD has not yet processed it at their sorting center. In that case, you may see the message: “Package has not yet been received or processed by DHL / DPD.”

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. Orders are automatically forwarded directly to our warehouse, where they are often processed, packed, and prepared for shipment immediately.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, you can refuse the delivery at the door. The package will then be returned to the sender. In this case, please contact our customer service team so we can arrange the refund of the returned products.

Can I make a change to my order if I made a mistake?

Orders are automatically sent directly to our warehouse, where they are usually packed and prepared for shipment immediately.

However, you can contact our customer service at [email protected] to request changes. Make sure to include your order number for faster processing. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to make the change in time.

Picking up your order

Is picking up free of charge?

If you choose to pick up your order, this is always free of charge. This way, you save on shipping costs! Check here the pickup locations that you can select at checkout.

Where can I pick up my order?

You can choose to collect your order at one of our ALLSAFE stores. You can find which locations these are here. Picking up at these locations can be done immediately, as the products are in stock. Of course, this is within opening hours. If you come to pick up your order, it is always free. You get your items immediately and you don’t pay any shipping costs.

What should I bring when picking up my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation from us. Bring this, printed or on your phone, to the location. This way we can quickly get your order ready for you.

What are the opening times of the picking up locations?

The opening hours of our picking up stores are:

Mon-Fri: 09:00 – 18:00
Sat: 09:00 – 17:00

Having your order delivered

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the items in your order. The shipping costs for your order are calculated in the shopping cart and displayed when you choose your delivery option. Picking up at one of our 50+ locations is always free.

How quick is my order being shipped?

If you order on weekdays before 14:00, your order will be handed over to DHL or DPD the same evening, and you will receive it within a few business days. There are, of course, some exceptions. Public holidays are excluded, and orders placed over the weekend (Friday after 14:00) will be shipped on Monday.

I still didn't receive my order. What now?

You can easily check the status of your order using the track & trace code you received in your confirmation email.
If you are not at home, the delivery driver will initially use the so-called neighbor service. You will then receive a notification showing at which house number the package was delivered.
If delivery to a neighbour is not possible, your order will be offered again (usually the next business day), or you can pick up the package at the nearest DHL or DPD location.

Important: An order containing multiple items can consist of several packages.

Pallets shipping

Pallet orders of moving boxes are delivered via DPD due to their size. Delivery takes one extra business day. Normally, pallets ordered before 14:00 are picked up the next business day and delivered within a few days.

Pallets can only be delivered if you have a driveway where a truck or large van can park, or a wide street in front of your door suitable for loading and unloading. Want to schedule a delivery date? Please contact customer service before ordering: [email protected].

We expect you to be present at the delivery address when receiving a pallet shipment.

The shipping costs for your order are calculated based on weight, including pallet shipments. You can see the exact shipping costs in the shopping cart.

Paying

Can I pay safely online?

Absolutely! Payments are processed via Mollie, and you can choose from the following payment options. Are you picking up your order on location? Then you can also pay easily by card in the store.

  • iDeal

  • PayPal

  • Card payment (only for in-store pickup)

 

Do I get an invoice of my order?

In the order confirmation email you receive from us, you will find the invoice for your order. This will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Returns

How do returns work?

If, despite our commitment to top quality, you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days to the address below or bring it back to one of our ALLSAFE locations.

Important: Please let us know that you are returning your package so we can process your refund. You can do this by emailing [email protected].

What are the costs for a return?

If you want to return a webshop order, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The exact cost depends on the items you are returning and the carrier you choose. You can also always bring your items back to one of our locations free of charge.

The return shipment is at your own risk, the sender. ALLSAFE is not responsible for any transport damage that may occur during shipping. Any claims regarding this must be directed to the carrier.

I want more information over renting storage space

Do you need a storage unit in addition to our products? You are always welcome to visit one of our locations. It’s helpful to make an appointment in advance via our website or service line so we can ensure we have time to answer your questions and explain everything about ALLSAFE and how we work.

What is the cost of renting storage space?

Prices depend on the location where you want to rent, the size of your storage unit and thus the items you want to store, the location within the facility you prefer, and your desired rental period.

Request a quote for a storage unit or call our free service line: 088 – 255 72 33. You will then receive an indication of the costs for the different storage units.

Can I rent a trailer or a removal van?

Absolutely! At our ALLSAFE locations, you can easily rent a trailer. Do you also rent a storage unit at ALLSAFE? Then it is also possible to rent a moving van.

What are the costs of a trailer for ALLSAFE renters?

If you rent a storage unit at ALLSAFE, the following prices apply to you:

  • Tuesday: €15

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: €22.50

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: €27.50

  • Weekend rate: €50

What are the costs of a trailer if I don't rent storage space?

Even if you don’t rent a unit, you can still use our trailer rental service. The prices in that case are:

  • Tuesday: €22.50

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: €32.50

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: €37.50

Prices are per day, return before 23:00.
