At ALLSAFE, we are constantly searching for new locations to expand our services and improve accessibility for our customers. As the fastest-growing storage provider in the Netherlands, we are committed to continuing this momentum. We provide storage solutions to both private individuals and businesses nationwide. Furthermore, our locations play an increasingly vital role in the sustainable urban logistics chain. Our goal is to expand our current portfolio of 50+ locations to 400 by 2033.

To realize this ambition, we are looking for land and/or existing buildings in the Netherlands and Belgium. ALLSAFE seeks ownership opportunities in urban areas with a minimum of 50,000 inhabitants. Ideally, locations should offer prime visibility along arterial roads with at least 20,000 vehicle movements per day. Desired plots (whether vacant or developed) should be at least 1,500 m² and offer sufficient potential for the realization of a standard ALLSAFE facility.
