Do you want to rent storage space, but are you dreading transporting your belongings to the storage unit? Do you have heavier items that need to be moved out of your home, but can’t lift them yourself? We have the solution! Make use of the ALLSAFE pick-up and delivery service.
The ALLSAFE pick-up and delivery service helps you transport your belongings; whether from your home to storage or the other way around. Our moving assistants come to you with our own moving van and help with loading and unloading. This way, you avoid heavy lifting and don’t need to arrange external help. You also save on renting a moving van or trailer.
Our moving team handles your belongings professionally and with care, ensuring safe transport. They can also assist you with organizing your storage unit. Combine your move with temporary storage for the period between your old and new home.
Our moving service works best if you know in advance how many cubic meters (m³) you need. Calculate your storage space before booking.

When preparing the contract for the storage unit during this appointment, you will coordinate with the branch manager about when the moving assistance will come to you. Usually, this is on the start date of the storage unit contract.
Booking is therefore done at the branch and in consultation with the branch manager. A condition for booking the pick-up and delivery service is that a contract for renting a storage unit is signed.
No. The ALLSAFE moving assistance is only available for new and existing ALLSAFE Self Storage renters.
The ALLSAFE trailer, however, can be rented by both renters and non-renters.
The rate for moving assistance is €50 per hour.
For new ALLSAFE Self Storage renters, there is a welcome rate of only €40 per hour. The welcome promotion is valid for up to 1 month after the start of the contract.
The excess for using the ALLSAFE moving assistance is €250.
The moving assistance will handle the entire move if your items weigh less than 25 kg each and can be handled by one person per item. If that is not the case, we will ask for your help with loading and unloading.
After booking, 1 person will arrive with the ALLSAFE moving van.
The moving assistance arrives with a moving van of approximately 8 m³:
