Household storage is the solution for anyone who needs temporary or long-term space for furniture, belongings, or personal items. The most common situations:

Your old home has been sold, but your new house won’t be ready for a few weeks. Temporary household storage bridges that gap without stress. Your belongings are safely stored while you wait for the keys to your new home.

Renovation

How much storage space do you need for your household items?

Step 3: Reserve or rent directly
Reservations are free and without obligation – you only pay when you start. The rental period begins when you actually start using your unit.

Step 4: Get access to your unit
You will receive a personal access code, allowing you to access your belongings 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Loading and unloading is done via our drive-in: you can drive your car or van directly to your unit (clearance height 2.60 m).

Prefer us to handle it? With our moving service, an ALLSAFE employee will pick up your items and store them safely for you. After the free hours, the moving van costs €15 per hour.

Heated and moisture-controlled household storage

Furniture, electronics, and other valuable items are sensitive to moisture and temperature fluctuations. In an unheated container or shed, mold, rust, and wood damage can occur.

All ALLSAFE Self Storage units are heated and humidity-controlled as standard. This ensures that:
• Wooden furniture does not warp or crack
• Upholstered furniture and mattresses stay dry and fresh
• Electronics and appliances are protected from condensation
• Books, photos, and documents do not develop mold
• Clothing and textiles remain clean and odor-free

Tips for storing your household items

With these tips, your belongings stay in top condition and are easy to find:

Packing
• Use sturdy moving boxes in the same size as they stack best
• Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap or packing paper
• Fill empty spaces so boxes don’t collapse
• Disassemble furniture where possible to save space and prevent damage

Labeling
• Write on each box what’s inside and which room it belongs to

• Create an inventory list or take photos of the contents of each box

Smart loading
• Place heavy items at the bottom and lighter ones on top
• Leave a walkway so you can reach the back
• Put items you may need sooner at the front

How much does it cost to rent storage space per month?

At ALLSAFE, storage units start from €1.40 per m³ per month. Prices depend on the location you want to rent, the size of your storage unit, the items you want to store, the unit’s position in the building (ground floor or upper floor), and the desired rental period.

What is the minimum rental period for storage?

The minimum rental period at ALLSAFE is 1 week. You can cancel weekly, so you are not tied down long-term. There is no maximum, you can rent for as long as you need.

Are there extra costs such as a deposit or administration fees?

ALLSAFE charges no administration or registration fees. When renting a storage unit, you pay a deposit of 1 month’s rent, with a minimum of €70.

How often can I access my items?

You have access 7 days a week from 06:00 to 23:00. Using your personal code or the ALLSAFE app, you can open the gate and your unit yourself. 24/7 access is available on request.

Is my storage unit secure?

Yes, all units have their own alarm connected to a monitoring center. Every location has 24/7 CCTV and fire detection. Your belongings are safe.

Can I switch units if I need more or less space?

Yes, switching to a larger or smaller unit is free. Contact your location, and we’ll arrange it immediately.

Do I get help with transport?

For units of 6 m³ or larger, you receive 2–4 hours of free use of our moving van (including 50 km) or a trailer for a day. You can also hire our moving service.

Can I have 24/7 access to my storage unit?

Standard access is 06:00–23:00, 7 days a week. If you need 24-hour access, this is possible,check the options at your location.
