What size storage unit do you need?

Not sure which size to choose? Below you can see which storage unit suits your situation:

1–3 m³ – Cupboard
Suitable for: seasonal items, boxes of clothes and, for example, sports equipment. Similar to a large cupboard.

4–12 m³ – 1-room flat
Suitable for: the contents of a 1-room flat or student room. Think of a bed, desk, chairs and boxes.

13–24 m³ – 2–3-room flat
Suitable for: the contents of a flat or studio. Ideal for storing household goods when moving house or during renovations.

25–54 m³ – Detached house
Suitable for: the entire contents of a detached house, including large items of furniture such as sofas, wardrobes and a dining table.

55–120 m³ – Large house

Heated storage unit or standard storage?

At ALLSAFE, all storage units are standard heated and frost-free. This is included in the price; you do not pay any extra for climate control. A heated storage unit is important for:
• Wooden furniture (prevents warping and cracking)
• Mattresses and bedding (no moisture issues)
• Clothing and textiles (no mold or musty odors)
• Electronics and equipment
• Books, photos, and documents

How secure is a storage unit at ALLSAFE?

Security is our top priority. Each storage unit has its own alarm system with direct connection to a monitoring center. All locations are equipped with 24/7 camera surveillance and fire detection. You receive a personal access code so only you can access your belongings. This ensures your items are safe.

You have access 7 days a week from 6:00 to 23:00 (with the option for 24/7 access). Loading and unloading is easy via our drive-in facility: drive your car or van directly to your unit.

How much does it cost to rent a storage unit per month?

At ALLSAFE Self Storage, you can rent a storage unit from €1.40 per m³ per month. A small unit of 2 m³ costs around €20 per month, while a 10 m³ unit is about €75 per month.

Yes, at ALLSAFE Self Storage you can rent per week and also cancel weekly. The minimum rental period is 1 week. No long-term contracts or fixed terms

Yes, all storage units at ALLSAFE Self Storage are standard heated and frost-free. This is included in the price and ideal for safely storing furniture, clothing, and electronics.

Is my household contents insured in the storage unit?

Your personal contents insurance often also covers items in external storage. Check with your insurer. ALLSAFE offers additional insurance options.

Do I get help transporting items to my storage unit?

For units from 6 m³, you receive 2–4 hours of free use of our moving van (including 50 km) or a trailer for a day. You can also use our moving service to assist with transporting your items to the storage unit.

Can I store a motorcycle or bicycle in a storage unit?

Yes, a storage unit is suitable for safely storing your motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle. The unit is dry, secure, and accessible seven days a week.
