Real Estate Acquisition and International Growth

Real estate acquisition plays a crucial role in ALLSAFE’s ambition to grow to 400 locations across Europe within the next ten years. Being part of the team responsible for acquiring new locations is highly motivating, as it directly supports the company’s long-term growth strategy.

This phase of expansion focuses not only on acquiring new real estate, but also on improving internal processes and making strategic investments to build a scalable and future-proof organisation.

Real Estate Acquisition Expansion into Belgium

The first quarter was largely dedicated to preparation, which is now paying off. Recently, an agreement was reached for a plot of land in the northern Netherlands. In addition, real estate acquisition negotiations are well underway at several locations, including a prime site in Belgium.

Having been born and raised in Belgium, contributing to ALLSAFE’s growth in this market feels especially meaningful. The long-term objective is to establish a presence in every major Belgian city, allowing ALLSAFE to offer flexible and accessible space solutions closer to people and businesses.

Overcoming challenges

ALLSAFE is on track to become an international company, adding a new dimension to the organisation and its 25-year history. Expanding internationally comes with new challenges, and that is exactly what motivates me personally, identifying those challenges and finding smart ways to overcome them.
