ALLSAFE TRANSPORT CONVENIENCE BUDGET

Terms and conditions for free moving van hours

• You rent a storage unit from ALLSAFE and reserve the moving van in advance.
• The storage space is at least 6m³ and you rent it for at least 1 month.
• Depending on the size of your unit, you can use the moving van for a number of hours for free. After that, the rate of €15 per hour and €0.25 per kilometer applies.
• The moving van has a deductible of €850. We offer the option to reduce the deductible in case of damage to €250 for €12.95 per day.
• The driver of the moving van is 23 years or older.
  The driver of the moving van has a driving license B.

Terms and conditions for free trailer hours

• You rent a storage unit from ALLSAFE and reserve the trailer in advance.
• The storage space is at least 6m³ and you rent it for at least 1 month.
• The driver is 23 years or older.
• Depending on the size of the unit, you can use the trailer for free for half a day, after which the rate per day applies. Tuesday: € 15, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: € 22.50, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: € 27.50 and the weekend rate: € 50.
• The deductible for damage to the trailer is € 850 per event. We offer the option of reducing the deductible for damage to € 150, for € 7.95 per day. The deductible for theft is € 3,000.
• The following rates apply to non-renters: Tuesday: € 22.50, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: € 32.50, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: € 37.50 and the weekend rate: € 70.

ALLSAFE TRANSPORT CONVENIENCE BASIC

Terms and conditions for pick up and delivery service

• You rent a storage unit from ALLSAFE and reserve the moving assistance in advance.
• The entire move will be taken care of by the ALLSAFE moving assistance, if the moving items are not heavier than 25 kg and can be handled by one person each. If this is not the case, you help with loading and unloading yourself.
• The moving assistance will arrive with a moving van of approximately 8m³ (L 2.40 x W 1.75 x H. 1.75 meters).
• The rate for the moving assistance is €50 per hour. For new tenants there is a welcome rate of €40 per hour.
• The deductible for the moving assistance is €250.

Terms and conditions of moving service

• You rent a storage unit from ALLSAFE and reserve the moving service in advance.
• The entire move is taken care of by one of our professional moving partners. For a fixed, pre-agreed rate. You don’t have to do anything yourself.
• In most cases, the moving service arrives with a truck.
  You can book the moving service from €70 per hour.
