With a smart PO Box at ALLSAFE you will never miss anything important again. As soon as mail arrives for you, you will receive a message. And we’ll also tell you who the sender is. You can then decide when to collect your mail. This is possible 7 days out of the week, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. But we can also forward your mail to your home address. Note: Your PO box address cannot be used as a registration address at the GBA: we need a current registration address from you for registration.

When you rent a PO box from ALLSAFE and mail arrives for you, the branch manager will place it in your mailbox and send you a notification that there’s mail for you and from whom. Your personal PO box is accessible daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Yes, for both business and private use.
For more than ten transactions per month, an additional charge of €0.25 excluding VAT will be applied to each transaction. This invoice will be automatically sent on the first of the following month.

The minimum rental period is six months, for both private and business use. We set a minimum rental period so we can offer the mailbox at the most competitive price.
Our branch manager can also accept packages for you. However, these won’t fit in your PO box. Therefore, packages will be held for you behind the counter for three days. The fee for this is €1 per shipment.
When you rent storage space at ALLSAFE, the branch manager can also place the package or pallet in your unit. The cost for a shipment is €2.50 per shipment and €5.00 per pallet. You can then decide for yourself when to retrieve the package or pallet from your storage unit.
No, the PO box cannot be used to register with the municipality. To rent a PO box, we need an address where you are registered with the municipality.
